The cherimoya variety 'Sherbet' is a heavy producer of attractive, clean, evenly shaped, medium-sized fruit with few seeds. Outstanding sweet flavour with a refreshing hint of tang and rich tropical notes. Requires well drained soil, wind protection and a sunny position. Harvest season runs from September to November. Fruits in just 3–4 years.

Plant early spring or summer. Prune young trees to a vase shape over the first 3-4 years.

Grafting improves the tree's vitality and hastens bearing age.

Size: Between 50 cm and 100 cm in height.

Botanical name: Annona cherimola
